Scotty Ryan Prats

March 7, 1991 — March 13, 2019

Scotty was born on March 7, 1991 and passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends on March 13, 2019.

Scotty is survived by his mother (Robyn Prats), sister (Zeeanna Prats), grandparents Carl Prats and Sue (Pryor) Prats, Aunt Becky (Steve) Brown, Uncle Rob (Kara) Prats, Michael (Zoraida) Prats, and cousins all residing in Oak Harbor. He was preceded in death by his cousin John Michael Prats.

Robyn would like to thank the staff at WhidbeyHealth Hospice, Chris, Jeremy, and Lynna for their help with Scotty the last weeks of his life.

We had 28 wonderful years with Scotty, our precious ray of sunshine who is now in Heaven.
