Deception Pass State Park —
Meet at the West Beach Parking lot, 2699 West Beach Rd., Oak Harbor. It’s recommended each attender bring their own binoculars and/or scopes, but there will be a few on hand to borrow. A Discover Pass is required per vehicle. For more information, call 360-675-3767 or email hayley.
