Regency on Whidbey, Oak Harbor —
Regency on Whidbey will hold its Annual Veterans Day Celebration. Capt. Eric Hanks, Commanding Officer for NAS Whidbey Island will be the guest speaker. He will bring along a few sailors to be present, too. Regency on Whidbey will present certificates of appreciation to its
veteran residents and surviving spouses.
