Make merry while making money as the Coupeville Historic Waterfront Association invites all Central Whidbey nonprofit organization to gather caroling teams of two or more to compete for Best Coupeville Carolers’ bragging rights, cash prizes and donations. This holiday tradition celebrates the season with good cheer, merry music and donations of Central Whidbey nonprofits.
