CADA and WAIF work together to advocate for people and animals in domestic violence situations. When a domestic violence survivor comes to CADA for advocacy and has a pet in need of shelter as well, WAIF steps up and fosters the pet for a period of time until the survivor can get shelter for both of them. Beverages and appetizers will be provided, along with a small silent auction to help raise funds to support CADA and WAIF programs.
