Camano Island —
Walk, run, scamper… come kick off the summer with the seventh annual Camano Crab Dash 5K run/walk and 10K run starting at the Camano Center at 606 Arrowhead Road. This family event is pet and stroller friendly and offers a moderate 5K that participants can run or walk and a challenging 10K run. Last year, participants ranged from 6 years old to 80 years old with even younger children riding in strollers. Medals are awarded for the top three female and male runners and ribbons are awarded for the top three finishers in EACH age group! Stay for the celebration after the race at the Camano Center with refreshments and awards. HINT: registering ahead of the event makes check in so much faster!
Packet pick-up and “day of” registration starts at 7:30 AM with a DJ, muffins and coffee while you wait for the race to start at 9 AM.
