Ebey’s Landing National Historic Reserve, Coupeville —
Jacob & Sarah Ebey House opens to the public for the summer.
This historic house – one of the oldest in the state – will be open Thursdays through Sundays, from 10am to 4pm, through Labor Day Weekend.
Also while there, take a beautiful hike on the high bluffs of Whidbey Island. View the home and defensive blockhouse as they were back in the 1860s. Learn about the history of Ebey’s Landing National Historical Reserve, the tragic past, how it’s lasted until today and how work will keep going on to preserve it for future generations.
