Artist Timothy Haslet will be at Penn Cove Gallery with some of his oil painting tools and techniques. Timothy is a native of the Pacific NW and an Art graduate of Whitworth University in Spokane, Wash. He comes from a family of artists and was instructed in art and visual expression from as far back as he can remember.
