Organizers are thrilled to welcome back the Penn Cove Water Festival, with its traditional canoe races, arts and craft vendors, entertainers and much more. The festival gets underway with the traditional opening/welcome ceremony, to be held at the main stage in front of the entrance to the wharf and also by the boat launch. Canoe races and entertainment will continue throughout the day. There is no charge to attend.
