To celebrate Orca Recovery Day, Washington State parks is collaborating with the Coupeville Library for a special Ranger
Reads program. The Coupeville Library has beautiful community supported Rain Gardens that help manage stormwater so that it is cleaner and safer for our Orcas and other marine life when the runoff eventually meets the ocean.
