Pacific Northwest Art School, Coupeville
Come watch and participate in this interactive demo with local artist Cyndy Jensen all while sharing some wine and fellowship with other artists.
The history of wire wrapping can be traced back to 1446 BC. This particular craft has lasted because it is the only known metal jewelry craft done without soldering or casting.
Participants will bend, twist, snip and curl wire securely around a stone and or cabochon to create a unique pendant. Beads can also be added if desired.
Materials Provided are below ( However, participants are encouraged to bring any snips, and/or pliers that they may already have).
