Downtown Oak Harbor --- This event includes trick or treating for children under the age of 14 at any participating business. Costumes are encouraged, while masks and social distancing are required. Saturday, October 31, 4:00-6:00pm Clinton Community Hall, 6411 S Central Ave. --- Local organizations and businesses will be handing out goody bags for drive by pick-up in the parking lot. Pre-packaged goodie bags will be handed out to parents and children who must remain in their vehicle. The event will follow all current COVID-19 guidelines.
