Coupeville Rec Hall, 901 NW Alexander St. --- Bring your friends and families to a Halloween Dance Party sponsored by Parent to Parent. All ages, all abilities are welcome. There will be a potluck, dancing, arts and crafts, face painting and fun for all. Costumes are encouraged but not required. Nothing scary, please.
