Richard ‘Mike’ Michael McGruder, of Oak Harbor, born Jan. 20, 1949, in Denver, Colo., passed away Dec. 18, 2019, in Everett, Wash.

Mike is survived by his loving wife, Dolores; their daughter, Melinda; and grand-daughters, Breanna and Randi (Michael). Per his request, no services are scheduled.
